- Thick wool/fleece jumper
- Sleeping bag and sleeping matt
- Cup, water bottle, plate, spoon, fork and knife
Change of clothes:
This is really important if any of your clothing gets wet or damp.

- Boxer shorts / underwear
- Wool Socks
- Trousers
- Jumper (preferably wool)

- Sunglasses with UV-filter
- Sun screen Factor +30 (period June – September)
- Mosquito repellent
- Mosquito hat
